Before establishing his law firm, he worked within the personal injury and insurance sectors, representing the interests of insurance companies. He served for a decade as trial counsel and managing counsel for CNA Insurance, where he led legal teams, managed complex injury and insurance cases, and acted as lead counsel.

Subsequently, Mr. Plotnick joined the Washington, D.C. office of Travelers Insurance, where he headed the Insurance and Injury Litigation Practice Group. In this role, he continued to oversee teams of attorneys while representing a diverse array of clients in state and federal courts. His clientele included property owners, healthcare providers, businesses, contractors, product manufacturers, and trucking companies.

Today, Mr. Plotnick leverages his extensive insider experience to advocate for personal injury clients. As a former insurance and corporate attorney, he possesses invaluable insight into the strategies and tactics employed by insurance companies, enabling him to effectively counter their approaches and achieve positive outcomes.

Attorney Plotnick is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., and has a proven track record of success in handling cases throughout the D.C.-Metro area for numerous clients.
